We require a non-refundable deposit of $20.

Your hair must be shampooed and free from oils. 

No call/No Show will result in your card on files being charged your remaining balance. 
Cancellations on the day of your appointment will result in your card being charged 75% of the service.

All cancellations must be made at a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

If your appointment is cancelled due to your tardiness, your card will be charged 50% of your service booked. 

There's a 10 minute grace period. 15 minutes will result in an extra $15. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

Frontals, Wigs and Closures must be dropped off at least 2 days prior to your appointment for customization. This includes bleaching the knots and plucking. Same day customizing is $25 extra.

NO EXTRA GUEST ARE ALLOWED unless you are under age and you're being accompanied by a parent. Anyone extra will be denied entry.
